The new pushrod V8 design on the 7.3L OHC PFI V8 allows for more toque performance at the low end. The cast-iron engine block helps it handle this increase in performance to get you up to 430 horsepower and up to 475 lb.-ft of torque with a gasoline engine.
The 6.7L Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel has been redesigned as well to help you get more power. The new turbocharger allows for improved throttle response and a more durable engine block and pistons. This option allows you to get up to 475 horsepower and up to 1,050 lb.-ft of torque to handle a wide range of jobs.
