Service Technicians:

Experienced Technicians wanted for incredibly busy multi brand dealer, prior Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC experience a plus but not required for candidates with previous automotive skills, knowledge and experience.
We offer excellent in-house as well as factory training and top pay for experienced technicians.

While prior retail and customer service experience is a plus, we're really looking for people who want to learn and commit to a long-term career.
Presenting new and used vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Performing vehicle walk arounds and demonstration test drives with prospective customers while comparing competitive models and explaining warranties and services.
Prospecting for new customers and customer referrals and maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers. Handling customer email, phone and internet leads - especially following through on commitments made to customers.
Working with Sales Managers to present purchase or lease options to prospective customers. Learning to overcome objections, asking for the sale, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase agreements and accurately explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing options.
Maintaining manufacturer customer satisfaction and training requirements. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
Establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising a strategy to meet those goals.
Attending sales meetings and training sessions as required. Coordinating work with team members and management.
Making sure new and used vehicle display area is neat, clean and orderly.
Following all company policies and procedures. Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Malouf Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees and vendors.

Sales Managers:
Employee development and management of direct report's: provides development, training, coaching and direction to ensure employees are meeting requirements of position, as well as ensuring development for future opportunities.
Develop the business strategies, which includes sales forecasting, incentive budget planning, dealer development and retail process improvement.  

Development of strategy and initiatives to create and support improvements in customer sales satisfaction. 
Oversee the design, development and implementation of innovative initiatives to create the sales process in our dealerships (product and process focus). 
Develop, coordinate and oversee official OEM sales tracking protocol. Includes dealer and region communication of all issues, updates, reporting and programs to ensure clear understanding of objectives, timeline and expectations. 
Lead the development of run downs, production orders, car-flow strategies and the official forecasting of wholesale and retail performance to objectives. 
Oversee creation and standardize analysis of monthly sales results, including market share and segment performance relative to the competitive set and the overall industry. 
Lead development of new approaches for analyzing sales results by Area, by Market, by retailer, and by model, including post-program analysis of all incentive and sales support programs. (special incentives, co-op, MSP, etc.).  
Responsible to direct monthly sales analysis, by carline, to ensure optimal ordering mix. 
Oversee the creation and analysis of National and Regional sales programs and review sales performance at the National, Regional, District, and Dealer levels. 
Develop and curate retailer and retailer employee incentive programs  
Prepare report and present last month's sales performance review as well as next month's plan to ensure achievement of objectives. 

Service Advisors:

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations

Internet/BDC Reps:

Our growing Business Development Center is looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as an appointment coordinator for our sales department.
Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
